Free Initial Consultation (20 minutes)
Our journey together begins with a free 20-minute consultation (via phone or Google Meet). During this time, I’ll answer any questions you may have about the process and provide a brief overview of how Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) works. This consultation allows us to determine if we’re a good fit to work together and gives you the opportunity to share your goals and concerns.

Sessions with me are tailored, collaborative, and goal-focused. I believe that building trust and a sense of comfort is key to successful therapy, and I work with each client to create an individualized plan to address their unique challenges and aspirations.
First Assesment Session (90 min)
During our first session, we’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment of your goals, needs, and any underlying concerns. We’ll also determine how many sessions may be required, typically ranging from 5 to 10, depending on the nature of the issues we’re working on. My goal is to provide effective, lasting solutions as we work through your concerns at a comfortable pace.
Follow-up Sessions (50 min - 1 h )
As your therapy progresses, each session will build on the previous one. We’ll focus on practical techniques that can be immediately applied in daily life, helping you develop resilience, enhance self-awareness, and manage emotional challenges more effectively. Using a combination of CBT and hypnotherapy, we’ll work together to shift unhelpful thought patterns, address limiting beliefs, and create lasting change.

I offer professional Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy services by a Certified Professional Hypnotist by ICBCH, International Certification Board of Clinical Hynotherapy in the USA with a background in Psychology. With a focus on personalized care and evidence-based techniques, we help clients achieve positive change and overcome challenges through hypnosis.
I offer Group Hypnotherapy for Work Stress, a four-session program designed for 2 to 5 participants experiencing work-related stress. The program includes mindfulness exercises, relaxation techniques and hypnosises for presentation skills training, ego-strengthening, and a motivation boost to enhance resilience and well-being in the workplace.
We can also customize sessions for larger groups—please feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs.

My pricing is based on the countries I live in—USA and Switzerland. If you're from another country, such as Turkey or Jordan, please note that my rates may differ. I believe that mental health support should be both accessible and affordable for everyone.

I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and a Bachelor of Science Degree both in Psychology and in Political Science.
